IT Business Analyst (w/m/d)

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work at the interface between the specialist department and IT and accompany requirements end-to-end. With your technical know-how, you will implement functional requirements efficiently. For our locations at Zürich Flughafen and in St. Gallen, we are looking for a committed personality as an IT Business Analyst (w/m/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. Application questions instead of cover letters Share What awaits you? ## • Conduct business analyses for APIs, backend services and digital interfaces • Capture, analyze, prioritize and coordinate requirements with specialist departments and IT • Participate in the conception, optimization and further development of APIs and services • Plan, coordinate and evaluate load, performance and quality tests • Ensure and continuously improve the quality, stability and performance of the services • Stakeholder management as well as collaboration in agile teams according to Scrum or Kanban What do you bring with you? ## • Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, preferably in the backend or API area • Knowledge of modern architectural approaches such as microservices and API-based systems • Experience with performance and load testing is an advantage • Basic technical understanding of API development as well as cloud and container platforms (e.g. OpenShift) • Knowledge of event streaming technologies, for example Kafka • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills and stakeholder management competence
