July 2026 or by agreement: Servicemitarbeitende/r 70% (m/w) - HOTEL WALHALLA ST. GALLEN Be a Candrian – Your tasks: • Guest reception: Service of our international guests in the breakfast restaurant and seminar area. • Service quality: Ensuring good guest care at a consistently high level with satisfied guests. • Versatility: Assistance in banquet service and at the hotel bar as well as preparation of breakfast dishes. • Organization: Clean creation of the daily Mise en Place. • Sales: Promotion of additional sales and achievement of set sales targets through concrete sales and correct booking on the cash register. • Administration: Correct operation of the cash register and creation of the daily billing. • Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene standards and cleanliness in the entire work area (including cleaning of equipment, shelves and tables in the back office area as well as weekly cleaning work). • Quality assurance: Clean and correct execution of the assigned tasks under compliance with the job descriptions. • Teamwork: Smooth cooperation with employees and superiors. Be a Candrian – Your profile: • Experience: Experience in a similar position in the gastronomy/hotel industry. • Education: Completed vocational training in the gastronomy/hotel industry is an advantage. • Personality: High stress tolerance, reliability and quick grasp. • Appearance: Well-groomed appearance, sympathetic demeanor and team orientation. • Flexibility: Willingness to work and flexibility. • Languages: Very good German skills, good English skills, all other languages are an advantage.
