What to expect from us Personnel and professional leadership of the workshop team including employee development Timely planning and competence-based order management of the assigned employees and vehicles Internal and external customer support Order processing and control including documentation Procurement of spare parts and active management of the warehouse Analysis and validation of new procurements (vehicles, operating resources, etc.) Active participation in the implementation of projects What you bring with you Completed vocational training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician or comparable training Initial leadership experience and corresponding further training (e.g., advanced federal professional examination) is an advantage Good technical knowledge in vehicle maintenance, especially e-vehicles Entrepreneurial personality with a customer- and solution-oriented way of working Flexible, team player, resilient Level-appropriate communication and very good assertiveness Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage What you can look forward to Continuous further training: Develop your skills and expand your expertise with our professional training programs.
