International Sales Assistant FR/ANG (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission For one of our clients, a Swiss company with international reach, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to strengthen a dynamic and committed team. You will hold a central function within the organization by ensuring the coordination of commercial activities, client follow-up, and operational support to various departments. This position offers a nice diversity of tasks as well as many interactions in a multicultural context. Your responsibilities: - Ensure the administrative and commercial follow-up of a client portfolio. - Coordinate activities between different internal services to guarantee a high level of client satisfaction. - Participate in the management of contracts, commercial conditions, and client data. - Collect, consolidate, and follow up on forecasts as well as information necessary for the activity. - Ensure the processing and follow-up of orders in collaboration with the relevant teams. - Manage client requests and ensure the follow-up of files until their resolution. - Participate in the coordination of cross-functional projects. - Prepare various reports, dashboards, and analyses. - Provide administrative and organizational support to management. Your profile \- Successful experience in an internal commercial function, customer service, sales administration, or commercial coordination. - Excellent client orientation and sense of service. - Very good organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously. - Interpersonal ease and excellent communication with various interlocutors. - Excellent level of French and English C1/C2. - Ideally, you reside less than 30 minutes from Montreux by car.
