AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN Your mission Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the operations manager, you ensure the performance and reliability of our customers' equipment. Your responsibilities include: Maintenance & Repair: Carrying out overhauls, troubleshooting, and maintenance work on machines, directly at the customer site or within our workshop. Diagnosis: Identifying, analyzing, and quickly resolving technical faults and malfunctions. Advice & Training: Accompanying, advising, and training customers to guarantee optimal and safe use of their machines. Technical follow-up: Preparing spare parts lists and documenting interventions for the establishment of future repair offers. Your profile Training: Holder of a CFC as an automation technician, polymechanic, or a title deemed equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar after-sales service technician position. Key skills: Proficiency in machine tool programming (experience with FANUC and HEIDENHAIN) and good ease with IT tools. Languages: French native speaker, good knowledge of German and/or English, an asset. License: Category B driving license mandatory (regular travel to be expected).
