Study Nurse

Fixed-term position for 3 years with option for extension In the University Clinic for Infectiology, we diagnose and treat infectious diseases. Alongside clinical care, research is a central component of our work: We conduct our own clinical research projects and participate in national and international multicenter industry studies as well as Investigator Initiated Trials -- according to international guidelines (Good Clinical Practice) and Swiss legislation. Do you enjoy working on research projects and clinical studies? For our motivated and dynamic study nurse team, we are looking for a committed team member, starting immediately or by arrangement. What to expect <br /> • You recruit and care for patients in clinical studies and research projects in cooperation with the investigating physicians • You accompany HIV therapies in everyday clinical practice and manage medication dispensing for the HIV outpatient clinic • You plan and coordinate study visits, carry them out, and document them • You enter data into study databases and take care of study administration • You take on coordinative tasks within the framework of study execution, such as coordinating processes with involved parties or reviewing contracts • You work closely with investigating physicians and various specialist departments, including internal bodies such as the Directorate of Teaching and Research and the Department of Clinical Research, and external bodies such as ethics committees and Swissmedic <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF, FH), healthcare specialist (EFZ), or medical practice assistant (EFZ) • Empathy and a sense of responsibility when dealing with our patients, commitment, flexibility, and team orientation • Affinity for digital working methods and handling electronic databases (eCRF) • Initial experience in clinical research is an advantage, but not a requirement • Good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage <br /> Our offer <br /> • You benefit from comprehensive induction by an experienced team • An independent, responsible, and varied activity with patient contact and administrative work awaits you • You receive a lot of freedom and opportunities for design in the organization of your work • We offer regular working hours from Monday to Friday (fixed days possible), no on-call or shift work • We support your professional development with continuing education opportunities in the field of clinical research, e.g., courses on Clinical Research Coordination • Salary according to the employment conditions of the Inselspital, classification according to experience and qualification <br /> Questions about the position?
