Technical Building Coordinator (CVCS & Electricity) Imperative criteria Technical CFC (electrician, refrigeration engineer, automation engineer or technical building orientation) Article 13 OIBT mandatory (imperative condition, without exception) — authorization required for official representation to control bodies Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in operating complex buildings, dual CVC/Electricity competence Mastery of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA) Electrical expertise (CF distribution, UPS/group backup, CFA security) and CVCS (CTA, refrigeration machines, GTB/GTC regulation) Advanced diagnostics, reading of plans and diagrams GMAO/CAFM tools Availability for on-call duty/standby (evenings, weekends, holidays) Imperative French (oral and written) Global technical guarantor of the operation, safety and energy efficiency of a tower and its annexes, under the responsibility of the Facility Management Manager. Main missions: Operation and maintenance of CVCSE installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) and electrical installations (high and low current) Preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosis of complex faults Official representation of the company to the OIBT control body (inspections, periodic checks) Normative watch and compliance (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA) Coordination of external service providers, management of maintenance contracts, monitoring of work Energy optimization and documentary management (GMAO/CAFM) Sought profile: Experience in coordinating service providers and monitoring construction sites Skills: Rigor, sense of responsibility, transversal leadership Stress resistance, crisis management Languages: German: major asset Conditions: Location: Genève Activity rate: 100% Entry into function: as soon as possible, at the latest on October 1st, 2026
