Site Manager (m/f/x) Missions ### • Plan, organize, and coordinate the work of our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality. • Supervise teams on site and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.). • Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards. • Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the construction sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring. You bring ### • Diploma in site management or training deemed equivalent. • Proven experience in site management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction field. • Ability to manage several subjects simultaneously. • Good experience in TCE. • Entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit. • Knowledge of current standards and regulations. • Rigor, organization, flexibility.
