Tasks Coordination of nursing processes in close cooperation with the caring relatives, who take on a significant role as central partners in the provision of care Creation of individual care plans taking into account the needs of the clients Responsibility for the technical guidance and support of the caring relatives on site in Canton Solothurn & Bern and by telephone Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal quality of care Documentation, control of nursing services, and continuous adjustment of care planning based on current developments Qualification Completed training as a Dipl.
