PIM Functional Manager - Akeneo (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a PIM Functional Manager - Akeneo (M/F) whose main mission will be to steer and evolve Akeneo PIM tools, in interaction with ERP, MDM, and PLM systems, to contribute to the reliability, consistency, and performance of product data management within our organization. *Responsibilities* ## • Participate in the different phases of PIM projects: scoping, functional design, acceptance testing, deployment, and post go-live support • Lead business workshops, collect user needs, challenge requests, and formalize them in the form of functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Contribute to the modeling of product data in Akeneo PIM: families, attributes, categories, channels, locales, enrichment rules, and workflows • Define, execute, and document functional tests before delivering solutions to end users • Contribute, in collaboration with QA or technical teams, to the automation of non-regression tests when relevant • Coordinate the activities of resources in charge of development, platform maintenance, integrations, and data migrations • Ensure level 2 functional support for users • Follow up on incidents, anomalies, and evolution requests with the publisher, integrators, and internal teams until their resolution • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product data quality and enrichment processes • Participate in functional documentation and user support.  *Profile* ## • University education, HES engineering school, EPFL, or equivalent • Proven experience in a similar function, ideally in a PIM, product master data, e-commerce, or data management context • Solid experience in the functional administration of Akeneo PIM: data modeling, management of families, attributes, channels, imports/exports, user rights, and enrichment workflows • Good understanding of flows between PIM, ERP, MDM, PLM, DAM, and related platforms • Mastery of project management methods, notably Waterfall and Agile • Ability to write clear and structured functional specifications • Experience in functional acceptance testing, integration testing, and anomaly tracking • Good ability to interact with business, IT, publishers, and integrators • Rigor, organizational skills, and capacity for analysis and synthesis, combined with good teamwork spirit and sense of service • Autonomous and possessing good oral and written communication, you know how to prioritize your actions and challenge needs with a constructive approach.   Conclusion ## We offer you a stimulating environment, attractive working conditions, flexibility arrangements, and first-rate social benefits.
