You are an important hub on the internal medicine inpatient ward. In close exchange with the treatment team, you coordinate administrative processes, maintain an overview of patient documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of information. The position is available immediately or by arrangement. #### MPA Internal Medicine Inpatient Ward 80-100% # Your tasks #### • You create and process medical reports, prescriptions, and other documents according to dictation or template. • You coordinate inquiries with doctors and internal departments and ensure an efficient flow of information. • You support the interprofessional team with administrative tasks related to daily ward operations. • You maintain the electronic patient documentation carefully and ensure the completeness of the records. • You take on organizational tasks in connection with admissions and discharges as well as inpatient treatments. • You are available to patients and relatives as a contact person for administrative matters. • You ensure compliance with data protection, quality, and documentation guidelines. Your profile #### • You have training as MPA EFZ or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, you bring experience in a hospital or in a medical secretariat. • You have good knowledge of medical terminology and understand clinical processes. • You work in a structured, reliable manner and maintain an overview even with a high workload. • You communicate confidently in German and are proficient in using digital tools and clinical information systems. • You value cooperation with different professional groups and approach patients in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
