Coordination of stakeholders (specialized mandatories, companies, clients) your tasks . Site organization and monitoring . Participation in site and coordination meetings, writing of minutes . Development and updating of work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing) . Analysis of tenders and awards in support of the project managers . Drawing and control of execution plans and technical details . Monitoring of company orders and contract management . Control of work situations and invoicing (measurements, progress, contractual compliance) . Management of plus-values / minus-values (addenda) and validation with the project manager . Monitoring of reservations, rectification of defects and acceptance of works your profile . Architect, technician or draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management in Switzerland (imperative) . Good mastery of Swiss standards and practices (SIA, calls for tender, contractual management) . Proven experience in site management and coordination of companies . Mastery of AutoCAD software .
