As a member of a co-management team, you take responsibility for the Yosemite by Transa and Icebreaker Zermatt stores. Together, you lead the team of 10 people from both stores and assume professional and personnel responsibility. All team members have the same goal: to offer our Zermatt clientele the best possible advice on all outdoor products. Does this framework speak to you? YOUR AREA OF SPECIALTY AS A STORE MANAGER ## • Rethinking retail, ensuring a positive customer experience while not forgetting the essential needs of employees? This is what motivates you in your management role. • Connecting people, understanding links, and bringing together the right points of contact in daily sales. It is in your blood. • Managing figures regarding turnover, costs, and staff planning for the stores in Zatt. You master this. • Recruiting, integrating, and developing new employees - both humanly and professionally. Absolutely necessary. • Actively supporting daily sales in Zermatt while keeping an overview of team planning. This is also part of the role. • Sharing knowledge, co-designing the assortment, and ensuring product knowledge within the team. This is visible in your profile. • Developing and promoting employees in a targeted manner. This is important to you. • Experience in retail and with strategic sales aspects. You bring this. • Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing, English at minimum level C1. French? A plus. • Comfortable with digital technology and competent in common MS Office programs.
