Technical Service Employee (a) 100% # Technical Service Employee (a) 100% YOUR TASKS • For our new construction project, you play an important role in supporting commissioning, integrated tests, acceptances, etc. - both in building technology and medical technology • You coordinate deliveries and appointments with suppliers and manufacturers and maintain the documentation of the installations in the CAFM • As a technically competent all-rounder, you are responsible for troubleshooting, revisions, installations, and commissioning of various technical building installations • After thorough training, you take responsibility for your own specialized areas such as building automation / electricity / medical technology as well as other technical building installations • You support the well-coordinated team in various other areas • You participate in the night and weekend on-call service and can be at the clinic in approximately 20 minutes YOUR PROFILE • You have completed technical training in one of the mentioned fields • Additional training or experience in building automation, building technology, or as a maintenance specialist is an advantage • You are willing to undergo training in areas that are less familiar to you • You have already acquired several years of professional experience • You are very proficient in computer use and speak German fluently • You are a team player, work in a service-oriented manner, and enjoy daily contact with clients • Good analytical skills, high stress resistance, and a lot of flexibility complete your profile Perhaps this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
