MAIN TASKS ##   Within the Bois-Cerf and Cecil clinics, your missions will be mainly:   • Biomedical equipment management: Monitoring of installations, maintenance, contract management (HERMED), and updating of technical documents - mastery of the Warewave software is an asset. • Acquisition project management: Development of specifications, coordination with purchasing, technical and logistical services for the acquisition of biomedical equipment, and management of commissioning. • Technological and regulatory monitoring: Anticipation of technological developments, integration of innovations, monitoring of current standards (Swissmedic), and preparation of audits and inspections. • Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, management of ISO audits, Swissmedic inspections and risk analyses. • Financial and budgetary monitoring: Development of budgets, quotes, invoicing, decisions on the cost-effectiveness of repairs, and management of procurement costs. • Materiovigilance and safety: Handling of incidents, monitoring of FSN/FSCA, management of alerts and training of staff on good safety practices. • Multidisciplinary interface: Coordination with different services (technical, IT, purchasing), management of relations with the corporate office, and information in the management system (Waveware). • Training and support: Training of users on medical devices, materiovigilance and use of management tools (ticketing). YOUR PROFILE ##   • Bachelor or Master in biomedical engineering or equivalent title. • 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a hospital environment. • Knowledge of the Swiss public market, hospital infrastructure and regulations related to medical devices. • Excellent planning, negotiation and project management skills. • Analytical mind and ability to work in a team. • Mastery of a CMMS software and knowledge of MS Office-type office tools are required. • Project management training is an asset. • Mastery of French (spoken and written) and technical English.
