Located in a magnificent, wooded, and quiet setting, the MRPS Nurse Located in a magnificent, wooded, and quiet setting, the MRPS is both a medico-social and residential institution. It is a place of life for seniors. Founded in 1849, it has more than 300 collaborators and welcomes dependent elderly people (220 in EMS) and independent people (140 in residences). In order to complete our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment: Nurse YOUR MISSION: Offer and guarantee individualized care, autonomously and/or on medical delegation, taking into account the physical, psychic, spiritual, social and cultural needs of each resident. Contribute, through your role as a referent, to the construction of the personalized project specific to each inhabitant, with the resident, their relatives and in a multidisciplinary team, according to a humanist and holistic approach to "care". Accompany residents in crisis situations by adopting a reflective practice based on knowledge of the person, both preventive and therapeutic actions to be carried out, in collaboration with doctors and health professionals. Organize, guide and supervise the activities and care of the team of ASSC, ASE, qualified and unqualified nursing assistants. Accompany the resident and their relatives in end-of-life care and support within the framework of the palliative approach and end-of-life care. Guarantee and respect procedures, hygiene and safety standards with residents and within the team. Plan medical prescriptions, prepare and administer medications. Accompany relatives throughout the resident's journey with kindness and professionalism. Participate in institutional projects and demonstrate enthusiasm to meet the challenges of the health world. EDUCATION AND knowledge: Bachelor Of Science HES-SO in nursing Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics would be an asset. Training in non-drug approaches for people with cognitive disorders is an asset. Mastery of standard office tools and DIR-SADIES Oral and written mastery of the French language, a foreign language is an asset.
