Then you are the person we need to complete our team of the Dispositif de psychiatrie transculturelle (DPT) as Assistant psychologist finishing training or associate 80% THE MISSION The psychologists of the Dispositif de Psychiatrie Transculturelle (DPT) ensure brief clinical interventions with patients from migration within the population basin of the Est Vaudois. The DPT patient population is often in a situation of socio-administrative precariousness and thus requires particular, interdisciplinary follow-up. With interdisciplinary care, they participate in the care of patients as well as their families via individual or duo interviews. WE OFFER The DPT is a specialized device which, for some of its activities, is transverse to all the services of La Fondation de Nant. Its mission is to promote the quality of care offered to patients from migration and to support the development of theoretical and practical skills in transcultural clinic within the Secteur Psychiatrique de l’Est Vaudois and the regional network. Working in this device means putting one's skills at the service of patients from migration, and demonstrating a singular listening to transculturality. We offer a stimulating work environment, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical reflection and the co-construction of projects according to the interests and skills of each person. The position also includes an active role in clinical supervision, as well as teaching possibilities internally and externally, depending on areas of interest and skills. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A psychologist with experience (3 years minimum), holder of a Master's in psychology (or title deemed equivalent) at the end of postgraduate training or holder of a psychotherapist title. The candidate must have an interest in working in a multidisciplinary team and in reflection on patient care. Furthermore, having experience in transcultural clinic and in the field of psychotraumatology is an asset. Holding a driver's license is mandatory.
