Marketing Manager As part of a succession arrangement, we are perhaps looking for you – in this varied role, you plan and implement national events, are responsible for media and press relations, and actively participate in the implementation of effective marketing campaigns. Then we look forward to perhaps getting to know you soon as our new Marketing Manager Your job with us Planning, organization and implementation of all national events – from conception through budgeting and coordination to successful implementation on site Collaboration with internal and external partners as well as service providers Responsibility for national and international media & press relations as well as maintenance and expansion of the media network Collaboration in the development and implementation of cross-channel 360° campaigns Coordination and updating of all printed matter such as assortment brochures, flyers, and other sales documents Close cooperation with the team leader as a sparring partner Interface to internal departments (internal & external sales) Success control of the implemented measures as well as continuous optimization and further development of activities Support with general administrative tasks What you bring with you Commercial basic training with further training in the field of marketing Several years of professional experience in the consumer goods industry Experience in event and project management Enthusiasm for high-quality products Very good MS Office skills Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign is an advantage Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form Good English & French skills required Strongly organized, proactive personality with a pronounced sense of detail Communicative, open and winning charisma as well as quick comprehension Creative way of thinking, initiative and high independence Reliable, structured and careful way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility What awaits you Small team, short distances, direct communication Exciting working environment High personal responsibility Helpful team colleagues Secure workplace in a stable company Generous discounts on our products Free tea/coffee at the workplace Free parking Working on site in an air-conditioned office Sounds good?
