Your tasks: Independent operation, monitoring, setting up and converting production machines and plants Ensuring a trouble-free and efficient production process Monitoring production processes with regard to quality, quantity and economic efficiency Recognizing and rectifying minor machine malfunctions as well as forwarding more complex technical problems to the responsible specialist departments Carrying out quality controls according to internal guidelines as well as consistent compliance with hygiene regulations Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and hygiene standards in food production Seamless documentation of production data, quality deviations and malfunctions Cleaning and maintenance of the production plants according to the applicable specifications Support during maintenance, revision and conversion work Participation in general production and packaging activities Your profile: Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the food industry is mandatory. This includes in particular Lebensmitteltechnologe/-in EFZ, Anlagenführer/-in EFZ Lebensmittel, Koch/Köchin EFZ, Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur/-in EFZ, Milchtechnologe/-in EFZ or Lebensmittelpraktiker/-in EBA/EFZ or a comparable training. Several years of professional experience as a machine or plant operator or in a comparable production environment is an advantage. Experience in food production is required. Strong technical understanding as well as enjoyment in handling modern production plants. Willingness to work in 4-shift operation. Independent, reliable and precise way of working. High awareness of quality, safety and hygiene. Physical resilience as well as flexibility. Team-oriented, responsible and conscientious personality. Good German skills in speaking and writing.
