• 24 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Zurich FP&A Manager Cocoa Sourcing Zurich, CH, 8005 About the position The FP&A Manager Cocoa Sourcing is a key member of the global cocoa finance organization and is responsible for financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and valuation activities supporting Barry Callebaut (BC) sourcing. The position works closely with the trading, logistics, risk management, accounting, and finance teams to provide transparency on financial performance and to support informed decision-making. Through exposure to commodity markets, derivatives, supply chain finance, and international trade, this position offers a unique opportunity to develop deep financial expertise within one of the leading global cocoa sourcing organizations. With growing experience, the role is expected to take on broader responsibility for complex analyses, key financial processes, as well as the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Main responsibilities: • Ensure monthly financial closing and reporting activities for BC sourcing • Responsible for daily commodity valuation activities and weekly mark-to-market reporting • Support financial analysis related to trading performance and commodity market developments • Support forecasting and budgeting activities by providing reliable financial information and recommendations • Analyze supply chain costs and operational performance drivers within the sourcing organization • Translate complex financial information into clear and actionable analyses for stakeholders, business partners, and the trading team • Contribute to the broader financial planning and performance management processes of Global Trading & Sourcing (GT&S) • Continuously improve valuation methodologies, reporting quality, and analytical tools About you: • University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience • 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, management controlling, audit, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or other financial analytical functions • Deep understanding of derivatives finance and financial markets. Interest in commodity markets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems • Experience with Power BI, SQL, data analysis, or programming would be an advantage • Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus Job segment: Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance
