Technician or Technical Project Manager CVC 100% Mission: • Manage and pilot CVC projects from study to reception of works • Ensure technical, financial and administrative monitoring of construction sites • Coordinate internal teams, partners and subcontractors • Ensure respect for deadlines, quality and safety requirements • Participate in site meetings and ensure relations with different stakeholders • Develop execution files in collaboration with the Technical Office • Participate in the establishment of offers, tenders and commercial negotiations • Monitor costs, invoicing, margins and project profitability • Coordinate purchases related to construction sites and participate in the choice of suppliers • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients and partners Profile: • CFC in heating installation or project manager in building technique heating • Higher education (federal certificate, federal master's degree or ES diploma) an asset • Confirmed experience in the management and monitoring of CVC projects, ideally on large-scale projects • Solid skills in technical and financial project management • Excellent organizational, anticipatory and coordination skills • At ease with usual computer tools (Office); Win-OD and AutoCAD are advantages • Autonomous, responsible, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality • Excellent relational and communication skills • French as mother tongue, German B2 or more appreciated What we offer you: • An evolving environment and favorable to the balance between professional and private life • The social benefits of a modern company, equal treatment, possibilities for professional development • A strong spirit of cohesion and a team proud to collaborate "Together, we move towards success" Need for additional information?
