You will carry out analyses and support project managers in the development of IT requirements and the creation of solution proposals. As part of a team, you will develop concepts and define process and IT requirements. Once the appropriate solution is found, you will participate in the design and architecture and accompany our clients until successful implementation. Progressively, you will take on more responsibility, up to managing entire work packages or a project sub-direction. As a person with an entrepreneurial mindset and action, you will establish lasting contacts and continuously expand your network. Furthermore, you have the possibility to actively contribute to APP as a co-entrepreneur and to significantly shape our future.   What we expect · University degree in business informatics, computer science or engineering · Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering or business analysis · Knowledge in one or more areas such as IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development · Preferably experience in public administration, justice, the financial sector or healthcare · Ability to assimilate quickly, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach · Autonomous, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a pleasure of collaborating in a team · Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing trusting relationships · Written and oral mastery of German. Very good knowledge of English and French is a plus · Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland   Why APP?
