The company offers its clients professional support to optimize their quality requirements and divides its key competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, as well as process management. We are looking for an Integration Engineer in the field of debt collection at Professional / Senior level (from 3 years), for a long-term mission directly at our client in the Zurich region starting from 01.09.2026. Main tasks: • * Close collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide high-quality solutions • * Active participation in an agile team based on Pods/Crews applying the Scrum methodology • * Participation in workshops • * Integration of the SaaS solution into the client's infrastructure • * Replacement activities, for example in the development of workflows in PEGA or similar applications • Requirements (content, methodology, technology): • * Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or a comparable field as well as at least 3-5 years of practical experience • * Experience in the implementation of debt collection solutions, ideally experience with the debt collection software from Egeli Informatik (see debt collection software https://egeli-informatik.ch/inkasso-software/) • * Ideally experience in the implementation/development of dispute solutions, experience with PEGA (see https://www.pega.com) • * Open personality, pleasure in participating in workshops • * Experience in the implementation of SaaS and On-Premise solutions • * Experience in software solutions, both in third-party implementation and internal development • * Banking knowledge preferred, ideally in the field of credit cards • * Structured and solution-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills. • * Ability to work in a team required • Technology: • * Java, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, Oracle • * Knowledge of agile development methods • \- Requirements: (spoken / written language) • * German: fluent • * English: fluent • We offer: • * Dynamic, flexible and motivated team • * Interesting tasks, projects and challenges • * Evolution possibilities • * Good social benefits • Do you feel concerned?
