Your tasks Independent care in the sales area around Lake Zurich: Zurich, Glarus, Schwyz, and parts of St. Gallen Active market cultivation, expansion of existing customer relationships, and targeted new customer acquisition Customer-oriented placement of products/services and increasing sales Independent planning & organization of customer visits Market and competition observation, identifying potential, and deriving suitable sales activities according to the sales strategy and sales targets of the management Close cooperation with the internal service & marketing Self-initiative, negotiating skills, and confident appearance, also in demanding situations Your profile Completed technical basic training (e.g., sanitary technology, mechanical engineering, supply and energy technology, pipeline construction, or similar) Several years of experience in selling technical products or services, ideally in field service (approx. 3–5 years) Solid technical understanding and ability to present products, services, and system solutions convincingly Distinct customer orientation, negotiating skills, and closing strength Confident, convincing appearance, and pleasure in active customer contact Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; knowledge of Austrian and/or Italian is an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems (preferably Abacus) Affinity for digital tools and platforms like LinkedIn is an advantage Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate sales figures High willingness to travel within Switzerland What to expect Responsible and independent activity in the field service with varied customer contacts and exciting projects A committed, collegial, and supportive team in the internal and external service Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths A versatile task in a future-oriented industry that guarantees supply security through innovation, preserves our environment, and improves the quality of life
