In view of a retirement, we are looking for a: Technical Buyer (H/F) at 100% Your main tasks • Create and track purchase orders • Establish and track requests for information (RFI) and requests for quotes (RFQ) from suppliers • Ensure deadline tracking and reminders • Negotiate prices, deadlines, and supplier conditions • Manage subcontracting operations and all logistical aspects, including transport • Track supplier complaints and ensure follow-up of corrective actions with the SQA Manager • Process supplier billing discrepancies and credit notes • Participate in the selection of new suppliers • Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Your profile • CFC commercial employee completed by a technical diploma or CFC technical completed by a procurement assistant certificate (procure.ch) • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement • Good knowledge of electronic components; technical knowledge is an asset • Knowledge of the requirements of an ISO 9001 quality management system • Good mastery of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in using an ERP; knowledge of Proalpha is an asset • Languages: Very good command of French and English; basic knowledge of German • Proactive personality, open to change, and motivated to evolve in a dynamic technical environment • Good relational sense, team spirit, and ability to collaborate in a versatile way with a good sense of analysis and priorities We offer you • A hybrid work model with great flexibility • A company culture based on trust, integrity, competence, and personal responsibility. • Support in professional development. • A multicultural and international work environment as well as a collegiate team. • The development of innovative products that allow for efficient use of energy resources.
