The work with older people in psychiatry requires specialized knowledge, patience and a deep understanding of complex life situations. As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry, you work in a specialized care facility and actively contribute to sustainably improving the quality of life for people with psychiatric diagnoses. You bring your knowledge to the point and make an important contribution to the professional further development of the team. This position is available immediately or by agreement in a workload of 60 to 100 %. What to expect from this challenging task • Professional care and accompaniment of residents with psychiatric diagnoses • Specialist deployment in complex situations and crisis intervention • Support for the team in building competencies in the field of gerontopsychiatry • Close collaboration with nursing experts and interdisciplinary specialists • Active participation in quality development and knowledge transfer in the nursing team What you bring • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
