System Administrator 80-100% (m/w/d) - ID 76768 Your tasks: • Participation in the operation and further development of a modern, hybrid IT infrastructure (On Prem & Azure) • Leading IT projects and evaluating new technologies • Operation and optimization of virtualization platforms (Proxmox / VMware) • Participation in the implementation and maintenance of security measures (EDR, User Awareness, Hardening, Incident Handling) • Automation and standardization of operation and monitoring via RMM (Ninja) as well as own scripts/workflows • Operation and lifecycle management of Windows and Linux server landscapes • Participation in cloud topics around Azure and Microsoft 365 What to expect: • Cool dynamic and young team in an innovative company in the automotive supply industry • Home office options • Exciting IT projects in a modern, forward-looking system landscape • International and agile SME • 41 weekly hours • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Training and further education opportunities • Fleet discount when buying a vehicle • Discount on your fitness subscription Expectations of you: • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or additional training in IT with several years of professional experience • Experience in the areas of server, network technology, and security • Experience with current technologies (Windows Server, Office 365, Teams, etc.) • Knowledge and experience in the areas of routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and WLAN • Hands-on mentality • High willingness to work, team spirit, and pronounced communication skills • Independent, structured, and self-responsible way of working • Good German and English language skills Interested?
