PLM & MBE approach Project Manager

YOUR ROLE Description and Location The Program Management Officer (PMO) PLM & MBE (Model Based Enterprise) position is attached to the PLM & ADE department, within the Digital Coordination line of the Production division. The department is in a construction phase: the organization is evolving in order to structure itself, deploy a new strategy, implement product-centric program and project management, and strengthen identity, communication, and operating modes. In this context, we are looking for a PMO for the PLM & MBE approach whose mission will be to ensure structured and coherent steering of the PLM approach Program and Project portfolio (governance, prioritization, roadmap/planning, reporting, arbitration, communication) in order to secure value, quality, deadlines and to meet the needs of the business/sites in connection with their challenges and their roadmap. The position is based in Acacias Centre, with regular travel to other production sites: Geneva ((Acacias, Chêne-Bourg, Plan-les-Ouates) and Bienne. *Activities* • Steer and strengthen the global governance of the program and project portfolio (prioritization, roadmap/plannings, key instances, decisions, action plans, monitoring, communication) • Steer and consolidate the Model Based Enterprise (MBE) program: governance, scoping, planning, milestone tracking, dependencies, risks, arbitration, project synchronization • Ensure homogeneity and standards of steering practices and the monitoring of multi-project programs with regard to the fixed objectives of the entire PLM approach (specifications, planning, deadlines, milestones, monitoring, communication, risks, quality, value) • Coordinate, synchronize, and support Project Managers in their project steering (prioritization, macro and micro roadmap/planning, deadlines, milestones, monitoring, communication, risk, quality, value) • Ensure coordination of internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, partners/suppliers if applicable) • Anticipate and steer risks and dependencies, prepare arbitration for programs and projects (forecasts, monitoring, alerts, risk analysis) • Handle communication and management of instances: preparation of materials, reporting, facilitation, minutes, monitoring of decisions and actions • Build, formalize, and maintain a mapping illustrating the Product Digital Chain, providing an overview and monitoring view, to be used as a communication and marketing tool YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - HES engineering degrees, Bachelor, Master or equivalent • Minimum 15 years experience in cross-functional program/project portfolio management, management of large-scale projects within large structures - Roles held (min 10 years): Senior Project Manager (large-scale projects), PMO or equivalent - Required certifications: PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA • Minimum 10 years industrial experience with deep knowledge of product-process industrialization professions and associated tools, as well as digital transformation • Mastery of Waterfall / Agile / hybrid project steering methods • Confirmed technical experience in PLM, CAD, MBE, MES, ERP • Tools: Office suite, Monday, MS Project/Jira/Confluence steering tools, reporting notions. • Cross-functional leadership, sense of responsibility, pedagogy - Perfect ease in written/oral communication (facilitation, committee materials, synthesis) • Management of priorities, assertiveness, proactive approach, results orientation • Ability to engage business teams and facilitate convergence and buy-in • Collaboration, team spirit, autonomous • Ability to structure, rigor, sense of service and compromise • Languages: fluent French Geneva, Switzerland Onsite WHAT WILL YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR WORK HERE? • In our engineering academy, you will have access to more than 60,000 hours of world-class training - designed to stimulate your growth from day one.
