You work in Inside Sales / Acquisition and are simultaneously where it counts: in presentations and consulting sessions – online or on-site at the customer's location. Your tasks You take responsibility for the sales of our solutions – from the first contact to the closing and beyond. Active Sales \& Acquisition (Outbound/Inbound): you generate leads, build a pipeline, and develop new sales opportunities. You enjoy talking to interested parties on the phone. Offers \& Closings: you create convincing offers and conduct negotiations up to the deal Presentations \& Demos: online or at the customer's location – professional and at eye level Customer Support \& Relationship Management: you develop existing customers further and strengthen long-term partnerships Project Support in Sales: you support customers in decision-making processes and accompany them closely in project business Participation in Product Development: your feedback from the market flows directly into the further development of our solution What you bring with you You are a sales-strong personality with joy in consulting, technology, and customer success. Education/Further training in sales, distribution, or business (or comparable experience) Experience in a similar Sales function – ideally in a software/IT environment (B2B) Networked thinking and interest in digital solutions \& IT projects High initiative, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility Strong communication skills, empathetic, and confident in appearance – with very good German skills You are structured, strong in coordination, and like to roll up your sleeves What awaits you with us We invest in your onboarding, your success, and your further development.
