Your tasks - Diverse and responsible: Leadership & Coaching: you lead a nursing team professionally and personally and promote an appreciative, open working atmosphere. Process design: you accompany our team in the implementation of future-oriented structures. This includes, among other things, our new planning organization, in which deployment planning and active nursing work are innovatively and closely interlinked. Quality & Assessments: you ensure a constantly high quality of care, carry out assessments of needs, and actively support the team in the implementation of RAI-HC assessments. Networking: you are a central contact person for clients, relatives, as well as medical and therapeutic professionals. Your profile - Competent and solution-oriented: Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (HF/FH) and ideally completed or planned leadership training. Sound professional experience, preferably in the Spitex sector, as well as confidence in dealing with RAI-HC. Strong organizational talent and the ability to motivate the team even during changes and structural shifts. High social and communication competence as well as an independent way of working.
