November 2026 or by agreement Home office possible Exciting tasks await: <br /> • Operational and personnel management of the Authorizations and Supervision section in the field of health professions (direct leadership span of eight people) • Responsibility for issuing authorizations and professional practice authorizations in the ambulatory and stationary sector as well as for approvals for billing at the expense of compulsory health insurance • Management, coordination, and control of all supervisory cases of the Health Department in a health police function as well as ensuring legally compliant and high-quality authorization and supervision procedures • Leadership and accompaniment of legislative, organizational, and IT projects as well as development of legal bases in the area of responsibility • Representation of the canton of Aargau vis-à-vis service providers, authorities, associations, and intercantonal bodies as well as processing of parliamentary initiatives and demanding inquiries <br /> What you bring: <br /> • Completed legal university studies and several years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector or in public administration • Leadership experience or corresponding leadership training as well as enjoyment in leading and developing a committed team • In-depth knowledge of public law and supervision procedures as well as interest in regulatory issues in the healthcare sector • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work as well as experience in project management • Convincing appearance, high assertiveness, and decision-making strength as well as the ability to take clear positions even in demanding situations and represent them in a sovereign manner <br /> Your work environment The population is at the center of the activities of the Department of Health and Social Affairs.
