Internal Auditor and Risk Manager

The General Secretariat is responsible for governance issues. It also includes legal advice, regulatory affairs, stakeholder communication, public affairs, risk and insurance management, internal audit and participation management. Internal Auditor and Risk Manager Mission: Conduct financial, operational and compliance audits to ensure respect for standards, internal processes and legal requirements, and propose improvement measures Write audit reports, formulate recommendations and ensure follow-up of action plans in connection with stakeholders Contribute to the consolidated risk reporting by accompanying the departments in the identification, evaluation and continuous improvement of risk management devices Participate in audit planning and evaluation of the internal control system as well as analysis of the financial performance and risks of the Group's investments Autonomously carry out risk analyses for investment and transformation projects, ensuring their consistency with the risk tolerance defined by the Group Profile: Higher education in economics or equivalent, ideally completed by a postgraduate degree in audit or risk management with 3 to 5 years of experience in trust or internal or external audit Good knowledge of the economic environment and the energy sector as well as excellent writing skills Mastery of common office tools and good knowledge of Microsoft D365 Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German and English appreciated Developed analytical and critical mind, sense of organization, autonomy, rigor, discretion and relational ease in demanding environments jpid5502e5fjm jpit0625jm jpiy26jm
