Case Management Education / Professional Coaching# 70% | Interlaken## To strengthen our professional integration team, we are looking for a committed, communicative and motivated person immediately or by agreement. Here are the tasks to be performed • Coaching of young people during the professional measure or training • Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with the reference offices, relatives, guardians as well as the housing and work sectors • Conducting and documenting situation interviews with internal and external partners • Writing reports • Mediation and coaching of young people during external internships • Advice to companies in the management of young people suffering from mental disorders • Research and placement of positions What we expect from you • Completed vocational training (CFC) with additional training in social work or equivalent experience • Continuous training in social pedagogy, coaching, supported employment or professional trainer an asset • Empathetic, motivating and assertive counseling style • Psychological resistance, flexibility and team spirit • Good knowledge of MS Office applications What awaits you • Interesting, stimulating and varied task • Autonomous working method with scope for action in a competent and motivated team • Opportunities for learning and development • Interdisciplinary collaboration • Participation in a meaningful institution • Ideal connection to public transport in Interlaken • Attractive offers and events in the field of health management and internal benefits Interested?
