Infrastructure Responsible / Refurbisher

We are looking for an Infrastructure Responsible / Refurbisher Tasks Cleaning and maintenance of new, used, service, and replacement vehicles Refurbishment and preparation of vehicles for delivery, MFK, and showroom Assembly of accessories and promotional materials on vehicles Inspection and maintenance of the vehicle fleet as well as replacement vehicles (cleaning, battery charging as well as inspection and refilling of fluids) Ensuring order and cleanliness in the washing room including care of cleaning agents and aids Support of the workshop with general tasks as well as during tire change days Provision and transfer of vehicles (e.g., workshop, panel beater, painter) Professional use of cleaning and care products according to regulations Maintenance of tools, work equipment as well as cleaning work in the building and in the surroundings Maintenance and care of the infrastructure as well as the building and outdoor facilities Execution of general caretaker tasks and support of tenants with minor concerns Organization and execution of disposal work (e.g., waste paper, green waste collection) Requirements Independent, reliable and careful way of working Responsible handling of vehicles and work equipment Teamwork skills and good cooperation with the workshop and supervisors Valid driving license category B We look forward to your application documents.
