Employee for the staff office of the leadership of the Pastoralraum (50-70%) With over 54,000 members, the Pastoralraum Region Bern is the largest in the Diocese of Basel. Around 300 employees and numerous volunteers are engaged in 14 parishes, two other-language missions, as well as in a specialist center and a specialist office for people in challenging life situations – particularly in social and asylum work, palliative care, elderly work, as well as in the areas of children, youth, partnership and family. The leadership of the Pastoralraum is based in the „Haus der Begegnung“ in the Länggassquartier in Bern. We are looking for, as of 1. Your area of responsibility: Organizational and administrative responsibility for the committees of the Pastoralraum Organizational and administrative responsibility for the „Haus der Begegnung“ Leadership responsibility for the secretariat pool and the facility services in the „Haus der Begegnung“ Collaboration on concepts/projects Minute taking Your profile: Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in theology, social sciences, business administration or psychology or equivalent training Good knowledge of the church situation or the willingness to acquire corresponding qualifications Organizational flair and business administration knowledge Proven performance in concept and/or project work Leadership training or experience desired Membership in a state church recognized in the Canton of Bern We look forward to your electronic application by 15.
