Managing Director / Managing Director The Volksapotheke Schaffhausen AG has stood for competence, trust, and personal advice in the healthcare sector for many years. In our three pharmacies, we employ around 55 employees. Our group of companies is supplemented by the subsidiary Hausarzt-Praxis Buchsbaum with a further around 17 employees. In the course of the consistent implementation of our strategy «Volksapotheke 2030», we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking, strong-leadership, and integrative personality who will further develop our organization with foresight and actively help shape the future of our company – as Managing Director / CEO (80–100%) Your Tasks You consistently implement the company strategy «Volksapotheke 2030» on behalf of the Board of Directors and develop it operationally. You bear the overall responsibility for the operational management of the three Volksapotheken as well as the Hausarztpraxis Buchsbaum. You continue to lead and develop the various business areas in a goal-oriented manner and ensure economic, high-quality service provision. You promote close interprofessional cooperation between the pharmacy and the Hausarztpraxis and lead the management of the Hausarztpraxis Buchsbaum together with the lead physician. You represent Volksapotheke Schaffhausen AG internally and externally and actively network the company with partners in the regional healthcare system. You advise the Board of Directors, prepare decision-making bases, and ensure the implementation of the decisions made. You lead the direct reports and promote an appreciative, performance-oriented corporate culture. You work closely with the Head of Finance and bear the overall responsibility for the financial management of the company. You ensure forward-looking financial planning, effective controlling, as well as sustainable and economic company development. Your Profile You have several years of experience in the successful leadership and further development of an organization. You have demonstrable success in the implementation of strategies as well as ideally in change, transformation, or development processes. You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and possess a pronounced sense for opportunities and risks. You bring profound experience in strategy development, corporate management, as well as in operational leadership. You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, healthcare management, corporate development, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare sector and know the challenges of a regulated market environment. You convince through an integrative, appreciative, and decisive leadership personality with high social and communication competence. You are characterized by strategic thinking, high resilience, as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working.
