In full expansion, the after-school domain is looking to equip itself with committed and creative people in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission of the after-school domain is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. After-school childcare structures are located in the heart of Lausanne neighborhoods, close to schools. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with people working with children, reflection and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily care of the group of children. Main mission(s) ### Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical line while maintaining the global vision Include the various stakeholders in the care and education of the group of children Propose, manage and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders Cooperate with the management on the general functioning of the structure Respond to specific administrative tasks Profile ### Social educator degree (HES or ES) or socio-cultural animator degree (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE) Additional training as a practitioner trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset Proven professional experience in the development of specific projects and activities Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the observation, analysis and individual and group care of school children Good knowledge of collective care settings and group dynamics Ability to document one's activity and that of the group of children Able to develop a participatory process within one's team and in the community of children Ability to interact with the environment and partners around the structure, to develop synergies and engage the collective in external projects Special conditions ### Clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Schedules with activity during school holidays Salary scale ### 7 Start date ### Immediately or to be agreed Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents until 14.09.2026 via the online form.
