For the house Tertianum Kirchdorf Kappelerhof in the Baden region, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a Cook EFZ 80-100%   Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, completion, and portioning of the food • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile • Completed cook training with professional experience • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, completion/regeneration and portioning of food • Professional and independent work attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Willingness to work at events and caterings • Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte cuisine • Driving license B is a prerequisite • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
