In the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 collaborators contribute daily in our houses. Then we offer you the possibility to lay the first stone of your professional future starting from 1er août 2027 - with a Your demanding and varied tasks: • You learn to accompany and support our residents daily with heart, respect and empathy. • We show you step by step how to execute nursing tasks and medical techniques safely and professionally. • You will be supported to accompany people attentively and professionally, even in difficult situations. • You contribute to our residents feeling good in a clean, well-kept and welcoming environment. • As a team, you discover administrative and logistical tasks and progressively assume more responsibilities. Our requirements: • You have a good diploma of completion of compulsory schooling (profile G or E) and good knowledge of German (minimum level B2). • You approach people with openness and like to accompany and support elderly people in their daily lives. • You demonstrate patience, respect and empathy towards others - including people suffering from dementia. • You like working in a team, assume responsibilities and involve yourself actively in the team. • You are helpful, attentive and ready to be present for our residents also on weekends and public holidays.
