Your impact In this function, you will significantly contribute to ensuring that financial decisions can be made on a solid basis. You will create transparency, recognize connections, and support the municipality in achieving its strategic goals sustainably. Among other things, you will take on the following tasks: Responsibility for budget, financial planning, and financial control Preparation of the annual accounts and coordination of closing work Development and analysis of financial key figures, forecasts, as well as liquidity and investment plans to support forward-looking financial control Participation in digitization and analysis and further development of financial processes and control instruments Collaboration on projects for the organizational development of the administration Cooperation with authorities, commissions, and external stakeholders Participation in the expansion of the internal control system (ICS) and risk management Close collaboration with the second finance specialist as a strong and reliable team What you bring You combine professional competence with a solution-oriented way of thinking and appreciate an environment where personal responsibility is lived. Ideally, you have: A commercial or business administration training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate of proficiency).
