Your missions: Physical and telephone welcome of visitors, clients and collaborators; Orientation and information of visitors within the building; Management of entries and exits (badges, registers, announcements); Reception and distribution of mail and parcels; Management of calls, e-mails and general requests; Maintenance of a professional and friendly welcome area; Collaboration with the different occupants of the building What characterizes you.
