For our client, an established company with an excellent reputation, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality as Production Employee 100 % (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Zofingen Industry: Banks/ Financial institutions Publication date: 03.08.2026 Your tasks • Operating and monitoring modern, automated production systems • Setting up and programming the production systems according to the manufacturing order • Ensuring timely and high-quality production • Carrying out quality controls as well as rectifying minor malfunctions • Participating in the optimization of production processes • Compliance with safety, quality, and process specifications Your profile • Completed manual or technical basic training is an advantage, or professional experience in production • Ideally experience in handling automated production or CNC systems • Technical understanding and an independent way of working • Good German skills in spoken and written form • Readiness to work in a 2-shift operation • Team-oriented, reliable, and quality-conscious personality You are offered A stimulating work environment with modern infrastructure, short decision-making paths, and a helpful team.
