Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 50% in late shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver (Bezugsperson Pflege) • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI care needs assessment • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Assumption of late shifts, optionally from 16 or 17 o'clock • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Assumption of tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist subject and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
