Your team ## You will become part of an interdisciplinary team in the area of Technology Risk and Compliance. The team supports the organization in managing complex regulatory requirements, particularly in connection with data protection, use of technology, and company-wide compliance. In a dynamic and international environment, you will handle diverse issues and actively contribute to the further development of processes, policies, and solutions. Zürich By arrangement 100% Internal Services All welcome ID: 741021WD Your Impact ## • Responsibility and coordination of assigned inquiries, contract negotiations, and internal projects • Independent management of central group mailboxes, including answering daily inquiries and coordination within the teams • Analysis of complex legal issues in connection with data processing, data flows, and data transfers, as well as people and firm compliance, including the development of practice-oriented solution proposals • Organization, coordination, and support of various processes within the Technology Risk and Risk Management team • Interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from other areas such as IT, Human Resources, and Cyber Security • Participation in the development and further development of policies, guidelines, regulations, and processes as well as their communication • Advising and supporting in further, evolving legal areas in the environment of data protection and compliance in close cooperation with experienced specialists Your Skill Set ## • Successfully completed Master's degree in Law, preferably in Swiss law • Strong interest in data protection, information, and technology law as well as compliance, ideally supplemented by practical experience and/or a certification (e.g., CIPP/E) or relevant further training • 3-5 years relevant professional experience as a lawyer in the field of data protection, ideally supplemented by experience in the compliance environment • Affinity for current trends in the area of new technologies and artificial intelligence • Analytical, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a team-oriented and flexible way of working • Very good German skills as well as English skills at least at level C2; other foreign languages are an advantage • Long-term perspective with the willingness for continuous professional and personal development Your Benefits ## Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our working model allows you to spend part of your time in the office and part at home (if you wish) - unless you are on-site with the client, which of course always has priority.
