Construction Works Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of construction sites • Drive and supervise construction projects from A to Z • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards • Control accounts and ensure strict compliance with safety standards • Coordinate the different stakeholders (mandataries, companies, subcontractors) • Lead site meetings and ensure the rigorous maintenance of the site journal • Establish tender documents according to current standards • Plan the works and ensure operational follow-up Profile • Technical training in the field of construction and with a diploma in works management • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in project management during the execution phase • Solid experience in works management within a general company or a technical office • Ability to manage several projects in parallel with autonomy and rigor • Excellent stress management and sense of priorities • Very good interpersonal and communication skills • Perfect mastery of French, both oral and written, another language is an asset • Good mastery of standard software and the field Benefits • A key position with real responsibilities • A dynamic and collaborative work environment • Varied and stimulating projects within a recognized general company • Start date: immediately or to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
