Then you are exactly right with us! In this versatile position, you design and coordinate exciting marketing measures for our successful brand Kobold. You plan events, develop attractive incentives, and support sales with effective campaigns. With your sense of target group-oriented communication, your organizational talent, and your analytical thinking, you continuously optimize processes and actively develop our social media presence. This is what you will do with us: Campaign & Performance Marketing: You conceive promotions and incentive campaigns, control their implementation across all relevant channels, and analyze the results for continuous optimization. Social Media & Content Creation: You develop, plan, and publish creative content for our social media channels independently and thus strengthen the positioning of our brand and products. Event & Project Management: You support the planning, organization, and implementation of events, cooperations, and internal projects that actively support our sales. Product Launches: You participate in the conception and implementation of product launches (online and offline) and ensure, in close coordination with sales, a convincing brand presence. Interface function: As the pivot between marketing and sales, you are the fixed contact person for our sales team, provide marketing materials, and ensure the flow of information. Innovation & KI: You use modern KI tools specifically to make processes more efficient and continuously observe new digital trends. Travel activity: For events, meetings, and projects, you are also internationally travel-ready and are directly involved in exciting sales events. This is what you bring with you: Solid foundation: Completed training or studies in the field of marketing, communication, or a comparable field. Professional experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing – ideally at the interface to sales or in a marketing/communication agency. Digital mindset: Solid knowledge of common social media platforms and secure handling of KI tools in marketing. Creative vein: Pronounced creativity, a style-sure sense of language, and great joy in creating target group-oriented content. International cooperation: Very good German and English skills in word and writing; Italian skills are a strong plus.
