To complete our team at the Endoscopy and Outpatient Surgery Unit (UEC) of the Ospedale Regionale di Bellinzona e Valli, we are looking for a Care Assistant for the Endoscopy and Outpatient Surgery Unit (UEC) (50%-60%) # Profile: ## The person we are looking for holds a care assistant diploma, has good knowledge in the use of the main IT tools, and has gained at least one year of experience in a generalist acute ward. Experience gained in a specialized field (endoscopy, operating room, specialist outpatient clinic) constitutes a preferred qualification. The future collaborator is flexible both in the scope of assigned activities and in work shifts; they have excellent relational and organizational skills as well as an attitude toward teamwork and a good spirit of collaboration. They are a reliable person capable of autonomously managing significant workloads while taking on the responsibilities delegated to them; furthermore, they know how to adapt to continuous ongoing and future changes. The future collaborator we are looking for makes themselves available to work in a multidisciplinary context, primarily dealing with the reprocessing of endoscopic instruments. They demonstrate good proficiency in the use of thermo-medical equipment and/or are willing to learn the necessary skills; for this reason, excellent manual skills are required.
