We are looking for our client, immediately or by agreement, an experienced and motivated Specialist in Logistics and Goods Flow (m/w/d) 100% Your tasks include: • Responsibility for the smooth execution of logistical processes within the company as well as in cooperation with external partners. • Receipt and inspection of incoming goods, including system-side recording in the ERP system. • Organization and implementation of internal material movements as well as external transports. • Loading and unloading of transport vehicles as well as compilation of orders for shipping. • Active participation in the areas of warehouse, shipping, and transport according to operational requirements. • Management of inventory levels as well as coordination of disposal processes. • Ensuring a cost-effective and timely flow of goods. • Independent planning, prioritization, and coordination of daily work tasks. • Creation of all shipping documents, including export and customs documentation. • Accompaniment, promotion, and technical support of trainees. • Participation in the assurance of quality standards and the continuous optimization of work processes. • Compliance with and implementation of applicable regulations in the areas of occupational safety and health protection. To optimally fulfill this demanding task, you should have the following requirements: • Successfully completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ. • Ideally, qualification as a vocational trainer and experience in the supervision and training of trainees. • Solid professional experience in the areas of warehouse management, shipping logistics, and goods flow management. • Valid driver's license category B. • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities also outside of your own field of activity. • Pronounced team skills as well as a self-dependent and forward-looking way of working. • Motivation to pass on specialist knowledge to trainees and promote their development. • Stylistically correct German language skills in word and writing; English language skills are an advantage. • Secure handling of common IT applications, in particular MS Office and ERP systems like Pro Alpha.
