Geography Urbanist Project Manager LMAU, urban planning and architecture agency with projects in Swiss Romandy, is seeking a project geographer to strengthen its team as soon as possible or by mutual agreement. Geography Urbanist Project Manager Responsibilities Develop and manage territorial and urban planning mandates, including communal allocation plans, neighborhood development plans, and guiding images in Swiss Romandy. Write technical reports and their justifications related to planning procedures, type 47 OAT, statements of reasons, synthesis reports, etc. Ensure relations with clients, cantonal and communal administrations, as well as with the different project partners. Organize and lead coordination and consultation sessions. Manage multidisciplinary teams of contractors. Participate in the development of activities and the acquisition of mandates. Profile University or HES degree in geography, urban planning, territorial development, or equivalent field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar function, in a private agency, in Swiss Romandy. Experience in the development and monitoring of territorial planning in Swiss Romandy. Good knowledge of territorial development procedures and tools in Swiss Romandy. Knowledge of the regulatory and institutional context in Valais and Geneva is a significant asset. Proven experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Excellent writing and synthesis skills. Relational ease, sense of organization, and autonomy. Mastery of SIG tools, Adobe suite, and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of CAD software is also an asset (AutoCad, ArchiCad, etc.) Benefits Varied projects with high added value for the territories.
