SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and demand-oriented care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and housekeeping services. They work in one of the three bases Jegenstorf, Münchenbuchsee, Urtenen-Schönbühl or in the housekeeping, psychiatry and assessment team. You bring • a qualification as a nursing professional (HF/FH) and ideally have professional experience in the field of Spitex. • a heart for good cooperation in a team and actively contribute to achieving our operational goals. • joy in the nursing process and take on responsibility or support according to your qualification. • as a re-entrant, the willingness to attend a refresher course to update your specialist knowledge. • the knowledge, experience and suitability to design and be responsible for nursing processes, to support employees as well as to take on daily responsibility and on-call service. • the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and conscientiously and ideally know our industry software Swing. In addition, you have a driving license category B.
